This weekend my sister-in-law Danielle and her husband Anthony and I all went up on a bus trip to see the play Gypsy Rose with Patti Lupone and see the St. Genaro's Italian Festival in New York City. It was originally supposed to be Danielle, myself, and my mother-in-law Arlene..but Arlene decided to skip town and go to Las Vegas with her husband Joe. The play was wonderful. Patti Lupone was made to play her part and she sang with great enthusiasm. We went to Sal Anthonys for dinner... it rained a little bit on the way there but it stopped shortly after. The raviolis were the best ever! The play had ran a little late so we weren't able to see too much of the festival but I made sure I got cannolis for Matt! I also made sure I got my picture taken with a NY cop. I always have to do that when I go to NY! On the way home from NY our bus blew a tire and we had to wait for another bus to take us home. We had a great time and it was nice to be able to go out with Danielle and Anthony.
